Good evening, I have been reading the news on the dashboard about the new conditions with AMP but before to buy any package i would prefer be sure. I am AMP client and i was using the pack 3 free with CQG data feed (i am not sure). I would like to know the following, if i buy any package for example 5 or 12 and i am still using AMP as a broker, the money that i will have at my account i will see on my Sierra chart account? I mean, right now my account is funded but if i buy a package 12, Can I see this balance on my account? there is no problem?

Your AMP account and your Sierra Chart account are completely separate. They always have been, but AMP was subsidizing what you paid for Sierra Chart such that you did not pay them anything, and they then paid us. Additionally, AMP is your broker. Sierra Chart is NOT a broker. The setup where you could get Sierra Chart paid for by your broker is no longer available. You need to pay for Sierra Chart separate from your broker and directly to us. Thanks for your answer. So, Could Sierra Chart be my broker? On the other hand how Can i transfer funds from AMP to Sierra Chart? Is there any way to do that?

Sierra Chart is NOT a broker. The only way we can think to get funds from AMP to us, would be to have AMP send a wire transfer to us on your behalf. We would be very surprised if they would do this though. Understood. I have another question. What is the difference between package 11 and 12? Specifically between market depth and MBO. It is because market depth shows the book orders (limit orders and order by market) but MBO? I was reading the MBO manual on sierra Chart but says the same explication about market depth. Is there any difference?

The MBO data gives you the individual size of each order waiting at the price level and the order they are in. The Market Depth just gives you the aggregate at the price level.
