Data feed connectivity problem

I am connected after paying but two windows pop up on the chart. An orange window stating the symbol is unknown and a red window that states Download Failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.EPM21.
I tried translating the symbol but price isn't moving.
I don't have any data feed.

You do not have any exchanges currently active on your Denali Exchange Data Feed. Your previous selection expired on March 31, 2021.

You can add funds to your account on this page:

Then you can reactivate the exchange by going to the following page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange.

Jhon,
My name is Antonio S. Lopez AC135281 and i am starting to make sense why the $211 i deposited are now showing.
My account has been associated to a different person.
I was sent a link from you guys to activate my Denali data feed when I saw someone else's name and information in my account.
i believe there is another person by the name of Vincenzo Viviani, from Canada who is associated with my account AC135281.
Might also be the case you are confusing me with a different user to whom and through your link i have deposited $211 into sierra assuming it was my account.
Can you guys fix this issue for me, please?

We have taken care of moving the funds to the appropriate account. Make sure you login to the Sierra Chart software using the account we discussed on the phone.

Also, ensure that when you go to the Sierra Chart website that you are logging in using the same account that you log into your Sierra Chart software. Make sure your browser is not auto-filling any incorrect information.
