Hello dear SC support 1 I have just subscribed to the 'SC service pack 11 + the denali data feed for about 40 dollars per month. I have well activated the Denali access, and also activated the CME, COMEX, NYMEX, CBOT bundle to get it in real time with market depth data level 2 ! The market data, and the level 2 is correctly displayed on the dom heatmap. Therefore, i have noticed that i am still in 'delayed''. I would like to pay to activate the real time connextion for CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT, but the first month is free. I have well activated it, and signed the different form agrreement. Could you please help me ? thank's |

First, be aware of the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Given the above, when you sign the agreements for the CME Data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to supply your trading account information in order to qualify as a Non-Professional. And finally, you need to connect to that trading account from within Sierra Chart in order to validate your status as well. You have not done this either.
