Market profile and Footprint have disappeared

Hello, I activated the CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account today. However, once I went back on my charts my footprint and market profile have disappeared and don't seem to have any data on them. Many thanks |

Your Sierra Chart account needs to be on Service Package 11 for TPO And Numbers Bars charts: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
