Hello. I paid for "11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed (Monthly) - 46 USD / Month". But data feed is not active "Notice: You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service.". Why it is not active when I paid for it. Help me with that please.

I paid another 10$ to activate it before session. It didn’t work before I made another payment. I paid 46$ and after that 10$. Should I revive market data after first payment?

The $10.40 you paid was to pay for the exchange that you selected ( CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts). So you would not have gotten data without that payment.
