TIME RANGE HIGHLIGHT not showing up on when using Heikin-Achi study

I can see the "Time Range Highlight" study showing up on the main chart but when I add a second "Time range highlight" study so as to put in on the Heikin-Ashi study chart, I can not get it to show up? Please a dvise on how to do this?

I can see the "Time Range Highlight" study showing up correctly on the main chart (Region 1) but when I try to add a second "Time range highlight" study so as to add in on the "Heikin-Ashi study" chart, I can not get it to show up? I can put it on either Chart region 1 of Chart region 2 but not on both regions???? Please advise how t do this?
