Intradays Charts less than 30 seconds

It seems as if I am not longer able to pull up charts that are less than 30 seconds. I have been able to do this regularly for years and am now unable. Everything is fine if the time period request is over 30 seconds. If I go below 30 seconds, the chart just defaults to 30 seconds. Thanks!

Please disregard the first posting. It now looks like everything is working fine and am able to drill down time periods below 30 seconds with no problem. The problem may be IB's crappy historical data from Friday until this evening when charts went back to normal in terms of periods below 30 seconds. Something must have compressed the historical data files since I deleted all my CME files and relaoded them from scratch tonight but historical still the same. Consequently, I'm assuming it was IB's data stream that contained compression errors. Thanks!
