Charts are not loading up

I have purchased Service pack 5 - Advanced (Monthly) - 36 USD / Month.
But when load my chart book, cannot see the charts.
I have attached message logs for analysis

For some reason your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is not set to anything.

Go to that setting and set it to SC Data - All Services. Then select OK to close that window. The system will disconnect and then reconnect to the data feed.

You should be fine after that.
