My computer is synchronized and chart showing "Clock real time" study agree with computer clock, but charts are exactly 10 minutes behind. What am I doing wrong?

Study/Price Overlay
I am trying to add oil price settlement time lines from a 1 minute chart to a 60 minute chart but the source chart (1Min) changes to a destination chart (60Min) time frame. I have "match source bars to destination bars" set to Yes but changing it to No still makes source bars chart (1Min) change to a 60 minute chart. I have used this previously for many years but now it doesn't work properly for me. What am I doing wrong?

There is something else that is causing the Bar Period of the 1 minute chart to change. Either the charts are setup to be linked or another study is causing the change. Refer to the following:
