SC Futures Order Routing/Data doesn't connect to AMP account

I've adquired SC 11 package with Denali Datafeed to CME Exchange and I've filled SC request form to AMP Clearing account to use SC Routing/Data service. SC Order Routing/Data service is configured in SC Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings but can't connect to AMP account. What's wrong in this process? Actually I've AMP account with Rithmic Real Datafeed but I'd like to use only AMP broker account and all datafeed and routing provided by Sierra Chart. Thanks, Xavier |

AMP is no longer supporting the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Therefore, if you want to use that service, you would need to change your broker. You will find a partial list of brokers that support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service at Step #2 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions If you are going to stay with AMP, then you can use Rithmic, although we do not give any support for it, other than to tell you that you need to install these special files in this post: Rithmic Bridge Files If you change to CQG for your order routing with AMP, then you would follow these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
