Main ES Chart Doesn't Move Tick by Tick

I'm using OEC realtime data but why doesn't my ES chart move tick by tick? On the minute chart there is no movement until it moves to the next minute. My indicators and indexes are moving tick by tick.

This description does not make sense. The usual reason why with OEC why chart bars do not update is because you have gone over the limit of 5 symbols. In this case, the chart bars will not update at all. I'm only following one symbol ES. I have that on one chart book tab, and I have the same symbol, ES, on another chart book tab, so I'm thinking that is counted as one symbol with respect to the 5 symbol limitation. The only other charts I have open are the S&P Tick and the New York Advance/Decline. So I clearly have not reached the 5 symbol limit. As I said, my ES is updating per the time on the chart, minute by minute for the minute chart, but it does not move tick by tick like it should. What do you think?
