Cannot reopen Data/Trade Service Settings Window

SC v2244.

1. Start SC,
2. Open Data/Trade Service Settings window and close it,
3. Try to open Data/Trade Service Settings window again.

Same applies to SC Server Settings and Tool Settings windows at least.
