I use to have an AMP account. I no longer use them. So now when I open a Chartbook it says Server Connection Error Connection error message from service. SC Futures Order Routing/Data|Connection Error Trade account not assigned. |

AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about a month ago. They should have moved your account to use CQG for order routing with them. If you have not received any information from them, then you would need to check with them. In the meantime, you can follow the instructions in this post to change your setup so you can continue to work with your charts: Removal of TT Trading Accounts from Sierra Chart Accounts for AMP Users If you want to continue to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to change brokers.
