These are the same and will be combined into a single line. CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Futures: Can only be used by Sierra Chart users with a trading account with one of the supported futures Trading Services. & CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Futures: Price 15.75 USD/month. These are the same . The professional one is if you are considered a professional: EUREX: Price 31.5 USD/month.
& Eurex feed for professional users: Price 115.5 USD/month. You can definitely subscribe to the Sierra Chart Real-time Data Feed with a Sierra Chart trial account. Understood, To recap, If I have an account with Infinity for example I will have the CME for free ( data feed exactly same as the one @ 15.75 usd) Subscribing to a Real-time data is possible with a Sierra Chart Trial Account. Then, I want to be sure that if I am not a professional user the Data feed from the Eurex exchange will be exactlt the same as the one @ 31.50 usd Could you please confirm me the last point, because the pice difference between the two is huge ? I want to be sure that is only because you are a professional user and not an accruate data feed @ 115 usd/month regards, |

Could you also be more specific on this : There are exchange fees that have to be paid for exchanges other than the CME. For example, for the EUREX, the exchange fee is 31.50 USD a month and this includes both level 1 data and market depth data. The exchange fees for EUREX plan to be split between level 1 data and market depth data, at some point in the near future which will reduce the exchange fee if you only need level 1. Where can we subscribe also if any interest ? can t see the link to subscribe to that service ? regards, |

If you are a nonprofessional, then when you complete the Market Data Feed Agreement specify you are a nonprofessional and you will get the lower EUREX exchange fee price. The data is the same whether you are a professional or nonprofessional. There currently are exchange fees for the CME now. That paragraph you quoted is old and has been now updated. Dear, two questions : First, I have been charged 66.5 dollars for Eurex real time data feed, is it normal ? I thought it was 31.5 dollars. Second, could you please tell me if we can have the CME real time data feed simultaneously with eurex real time data feed. When I click on find symbol, I can't find futures on CME. Iam currently with TransAct so do have it. Do we always have to switch from SC Exchange data to TransAct ? could you please tell me how to do to get them both on the same Service. Regards, |

61.50 USD was deducted from your Additional Services Balance for the data feed and the EUREX exchange fee. So that includes both of those. The CME data and the EUREX data can be used simultaneously while connected to TransAct. You do not have to switch to the SC Exchange Data service. Could you let us know what symbols you want to access. Anything other than what you see under File >> Find Symbol >> Futures? When you select one of the symbols already listed, you will be using this data feed for the EUREX and CME symbols. Not the TransAct feed. Thank you for your prompt reply. When I connect to TransAct I can t see the [M] for real time data feed, then when I connect to SC exchange data I can t see CME real time data feed. That s my problem, I need Eurex real time data feed because I paid for & I need CME real time data feed because I am with Infinity (demo). Do we have |

A TransAct demo account for the time being will be fine. When you open FDAXH4 when connected to TransAct, do you see a [M] after the symbol at the top line of the chart? We see that you still need to enable the CME exchange here: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SC_RealTime_DataFeed_SetExchanges After enabling that exchange, restart Sierra Chart. Dear, I ve jsut tried to open Fdax & I see the [M] after the symbol. when you are telling me to enable it means to activate ? If it s the case, we would to pay for it. I thought with TranAct we can have the CME real time data feed for free. regards, |

Yes. "Enable" is equivalent to "Activate". The CME has begun to charge exchange fees which even TransAct is obligated to collect as well. But the exchange fee will be reduced to about 3.5 USD per month, if you do not require market depth data. The fee should be reduced by April.
