Chart Data showing a 3 or 4 Second Delay (DD)

Good Morning Support, Why would my charts be showing a 3 or 4 second delay even though my account is activated for real-time data? As an AMP client, I've made the changeover to "CQG webAPI" data/trade service settings this morning. When I saw there was a delay, I changed back to "SC Data - All Services" but it still shows this small delay. Please help? Thanks, Alan. |

That could just be the difference in your system clock to the time of the data. If you want Sierra Chart to automatically update your clock then refer to the following: General Settings Window: Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals) If it is not a clock issue, then it implies that you are having some kind of connectivity issue. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
