I am not trying to argue the point but what about all of my custom symbols should i try and chagne them to the sierra chart "data" or what is my best option for all of my custom symbols. thanks. i have no problem paying you guys directly thats not an issue at all |

If you had made Custom Calculated Symbols for when you were connected to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you will need to redo those for when you change to CQG. We do apologize for this, but it is simply due to different groups using different symbols. if I am using DENALI for data why do i need to change the symbols for custom symbols to the trading companies symbols if I cannot trade (execute) custom symbols with sierra chart? this is for clarification. |

Whatever your Current Selected Service is set to is what the chart symbols are going to use. And since there are different symbols between different services, then when you change services, you have to change symbols. And since you have to change symbols for the data, the Custom Calculated Symbols also need to change to match the selected service.
