Hi Team, I believe I am paying for access on two separate computer systems however I still get the 'concurrent session' error message. Can you let me know what I am doing wrong? Thanks Stephen

Your Denali Exchange Data Feed is setup to connect to 2 different computers at the same time.

The best thing to do is to exit from all Sierra Chart and then restart Sierra Chart and select the Forced Login option on the Login screen for each instance. This will ensure that your local versions are updated with the information from our servers, as it sounds like there is a discrepancy in the number of systems that it thinks are open. Refer to the following:
