Hello, Since there are a lot of changes coming up with Sierra Charts- I would need your advice about what I have to do to make SC work in the future and suit my needs. I have read all messages regarding direct payments and rooting and it messed me up even more. My current setup: I am non professional, I have live trading account in AMP and use CQG data. I trade only NQ and MNQ futures (Nasdaq on CME). I live in Poland- Europe. Current SC version is enough for my needs. As I have read you communication regarding CQG(lack of bracket orders etc.) - I would like to go with Sierra recommended setup - I like your software, I like your no bullshit policy and I like the way you expand your services, therefore I would like to stay with you as a happy client. If I get Denali Data Feed with SC package 10- will it be enough action from my side (besides feeding my SC account credits each month) to have a quickest possible trade execution in Sierra? I am referring to Aurora data center, your own rooting and filling service that you currently are working on, with server side bracket orders and 0,1$ per contract per side? Do I need to open any additional accounts/resign from AMP/ anything else to be treated as non-professional and be able to use you services(software, rooting, datafeed etc.)? Thank You for help, Pawel |

If you want to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing service, then you would need to change brokers. AMP is no longer supporting this service. You will find a partial list of brokers at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, Thank you - I have activated Denali data feed. One last question: As you do not recommend CQG and I would like to have all my live orders on the server side and avoid any problems that currently CQG customers face using Sierra, should I change anything in the "Data/Trade Service Settings Window" under 'current selected service(list)' field? I have set this field for CQG WebAPI [trading]. In common settings, I have 'Yes' in 'Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds'. Regards, Pawel |

It appears that you are with AMP, in which case your best choice is to use CQG for Order Routing. Therefore your settings are correct. In order to have Server Side Bracket Orders, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which is not supported by AMP, so you would need to change brokers for this. You will find a partial list of brokers at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
