I am currently using Sierra through my broker (AMP Futures). I chose the Sierra CQG for CME only. I pay $11 per month. I'm having a hard time understanding the new payment requirements. Do I now have to pay for BOTH Sierra (package 3, $26/month) and the data feed from amp (CME only $11 per month)? Or is there a live, non-delayed data feed included in package 3 directly from Sierra? Essentially I want to know what I need to do to continue receiving the exact same services. Thanks, |

To continue to receive the same services you do not need to make any changes. You need just to make a payment prior to April 10, 2021 so your Sierra Chart Usage Time will automatically renew on that date. In other words, you will stay on Package 3 and as long as you have not made any changes with AMP with regards to CQG data, then you will continue to get your data from CQG. Hi John, So just to clarify, I need to pay for both my usage of Sierra chart (Formerly free through AMP), and then either continue paying AMP for my data feed, or switch over to Sierra's Denali feed? Does Sierra's denali feed offer CME only? Thanks |

You have the information correct. The Denali Exchange Data Feed has data from the CME Group and EUREX. If you need other data, then that would come from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
