Hello SC team, Looking in Account Management => Activate Services => Additional Systems, I can see that "2 systems are included". My understanding is that I should be able to use SC on two different computers. However, when doing that, the 2nd machine does not receive live data and the log shows : "SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2". I'm using package 5 with Eurex data, is it please possible to use the same SC account and get live data on 2 or 3 different computers ? Thanks |

There are connection restrictions for data from exchanges. Refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thanks for the prompt reply. Looking in the below page, it seems that I can indeed have Eurex live data via Denali on 2 computers by paying twice the exchange fee. Ideally, I would need a 3rd connection as well, is it please possible ? Looking in "Number Of Systems (Computers)" there seems to be only two choices : one or two systems As always, many thanks for your help https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNonCME |

No we cannot allow this. We have to comply with exchange rules. You will need a second Sierra Chart account. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
