Numbers bars coloring issue

Range 0 color does not appear in my numbers bars. I've attached some of my settings. Not sure what to do to get that color to appear. Thanks.

It depends on what your Background Coloring Method is set to. We can only see that it is one of the Diagonal Dominant options. So, for instance, if you are using Background Coloring Based on Diagonal Dominant Side AskVol BidVol Percentage then there will never be a percentage less than 1, as it is displaying the Dominant side, which means it will always be at least 1.0.
