Hello I want to use the Sierra Chart Real-Time Exchange Data Feed for two computers at the same time. I followed the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SymbolLimits But, only the option for the 1st real time date feed connection appears. I attached a picture of what the post says should come up to activate a 2nd connection, but it only gives me the option for the 1st connection. It does give option to allow 2nd or 3rd connection. Can you help? Thank you |

We apologize, the image that you are referencing is old and out of date. We will get it replaced. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is only available on one system at a time. If you need to get the data to two systems, then you would need to have two different Sierra Chart accounts and have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed enabled for both of them.
