Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings in the Sub-Instance that is having the problem and change the Server Port to 11098 and the Historical Data Server Port to 11099. Then select OK to close that window. Then select File >> Disconnect. Then select File >> Connect to Data Feed. If you continue to have a problem let us know. Only you are going to know that. You set the ports. Not us. It does not help to ask us.
