Dear team,

I have Sierra account and use transact data feed.

Somehow I can trade from simulation ac but not live ac.

Could you please enable live chart trading?

There is nothing on the Sierra Chart side that would prevent this. Check the Service Settings in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Connection set to live.

However, when i placed order in simulate account then it is showing on chart.

If that order you mentioned is placed outside of Sierra Chart, then it is not something we can help with or explain.

You really need to contact your broker for more help in this regard.

Regarding what you describe in post #3, update to prerelease 2240:
Software Download: Fast Update

There was a problem due to how the Transact system works, where when changing the Connection Type, it would not go into effect until restarting Sierra Chart. We have implemented a workaround for this.
