Do you have any studies on that Trading DOM, and if so, which ones? Our guess is that one of the studies is causing an issue with where it is trying to put data relative to the current price. Try removing the studies, one by one, until you find one that caused the issue. If you do not have any studies on the Trading DOM, then save the Chartbook with the Trading DOM open and get us a copy of the Chartbook by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

that's exactly the same problem I have raised here: Error in DOM for Bitmex The problem are the ask orders below the current price level. That causes the DOM recentering erraticaly... |

We have reset the connections to BitMex. This is the reason why the problem is gone.

There was another reconnection made to BitMex earlier today. If you are still having an issue, then you need to disconnect and reconnect to the data feed, per these instructions: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
