Urgent : CBOE Europe symbols are not working since this morning

Hi,

I've been succesfully using CBOE Europe feeds for weeks without any issue.

But unfortunately it seems that they all stopped working this morning. Markets are open since one hour, sierra charts is connected to datafeed, no error message but the charts are not ticking.

Is this a problem with barchart ? sierracharts ?

From what I can see everything is fine with my account.

There is no data being received from the Barchart Open Feed for CBOE Europe. We need to ask Barchart about this.

ok thank you for looking into it, please let me know as soon as you hear something from Barchart, so I know if the feed is discontinued or if it will be fixed.
