data for stocks sometimes doesn't stay consistent when redownloading

i notice this happening randomly on different stocks. The most obvious example is with SINA. When i "delete and redownload" the data seems to flip back and forth between two data sets. Images attached. i tried deleteing / redownloading the scid file.
