Error Message on Log-in and Blank Symbols

Hello, I'm a user through TransAct. My SC version is 2234 and my PC system is win10. I ran into two problems. As I believe they might be connected I report them together here. First problem: on log in, before the system opens, an error message pops up. See attached file sc0311. And the system message(that displays anouncements) will not pop up. However, the system still opens. 2nd problem: if I open the Find Symbol window following the path of Chart\Chart Settings, it will display a blank window under "Available Symbols", not showing any symbols. So I cannot update any symbols. See attached file sc0312. How to fix them ? |

Yes, you're right. I moved it off proxy and the two problems disappearred. Thanks ! |
