Self help does not work for me because reading comprehension lower 23%. Have spent over 6 hours trying to fix with self help and it worked for part of 1 day. I have offered to pay for someone to fix the tradelog issue but no response. At this time I am looking at other options to get away from Sierra Chart. Real small customer so not a priority for you.
