I'm confused, am I correct in the past Sierra Charts has been paid through TransAct Futures and now is changing to direct charting and data feeds from Sierra? If I'm correct to keep what I have do I just sign up for the Standard Service level? What do I need to sign up for to continue without disruption? What happens to the rest of March which I have paid through TransAct? |

What is changing is that you now need to pay for your Sierra Chart services directly to us. None of your setup is changing. In your case, you just have Package 3 with us, so you just need to make sure that you have enough funds in your account prior to April 10, 2021, which is when your account will automatically renew. Just to clarify staying with Package 3 everything will still stay the same other than I'll be paying for my charts directly to Sierra Chart services, and my trades will still go through TransAct Futures. Am I analyzing this correctly? Jake |
