buying Sierra Chart packages in under U.S. sanctions countries

Hi. I'm living in Iran and I can't trade in futures market due to U.S. sanctions but I need to Futures Market data. I want to know if I can buy Sierra Chart packages (i.e. service package 5) and get Futures Market data through Sierra Chart? Or I must live in a country where these sanctions do not exist? thank you in advance.

Thank you for your reply. I need to a data provider to have access to realtime market data and things like live DOM, Volume Profile, VWAP, ect. I don't know if CME data is necessary for accessing to the market data or there are other providers that I can get them the data (for example Sierra Chart itself or any provider) but what I want to do is I want to analyze the market using the live version (not delayed) tools that I mentioned above and then trade the assets on a CFD broker.

I did some research and found out that I need to a funded trading account for accessing to CME group real-time data with a low price and because I need to that data, It's crucial for me to access that. Considering the fact that I live in a bad country, it seems like the only left choice is to buy the data without a funded trading account. now I have 2 main questions: 1. How can I buy CME group real-time without a funded trading account? Can I buy it directly from Sierra chart website? 2. I have a friend who live in abroad (i.e. Canada). I want to know, can I use his identity for opening a funded trading account and buying Sierra Chart services packages and use Sierra Chart from my country? 2-1: If this is done, will he be in trouble financially (e.g. tax problems)? |

Considering the fact that I live in a bad country, No it is not a case of a bad country. It is the incorrect policies from the US, being used against countries causing unintended problems.
