FDAX: EUREX 6B: CME 6E: CME CL: NYMEX ES: CME ZN: CBOT NQ: CME Given these exchanges, you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You would need the data for EUREX. And then for the CME Group, you would be best served to use the Full CME Group options, since you need a total of 3 exchanges, either with or without Market Depth, depending on your needs.
