i recently switched to stocks with IB as the broker (set to use SC Data) and im periodically running into an index where the lowest price is 0. I've made sure the data is coming from SC and i'm setting the check box and forcing redownloads/deleting the data file and redownloadig it (IB data tends to look very odd in the off hours). I'm noticing that periodically im getting a value of 0 in some of the data. Im assuming this is not expected behavior, how do i fix this? Is this just bad data that i need to report in?

Some examples are KOSS, MRNA, ROKU, BYND... but its happening to alot of my symbols. Some symbols may only have 1 instance of this, while others have many.

Btw im also using -BID prices but a quick test showed this happens with other price data as well.

upon further test there looks to be some kind of corruption. the rest of the values for that index (high, close, open, etc..) all seems to be erronous. redownloading the data doesnt fix.

If you are asking about data from Interactive Brokers we cannot help with that.

You should definitely not encounter during regular trading hours, a zero value with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

You can see zero values in the premarket for US equities for the high/low.
