Hi I've been having issues ever since AMP decided to move away from TT. They have switched me over to CQG but I'm still not getting any futures data. Having looked at my subscription and active accounts I notice you are only listing AMP ad TT. Does this have anything to do with it?

We have fixed your account for you. At this time, you are now paying for your Sierra Chart directly to us (Sierra Chart) and not through AMP. As such, we had to change you to Package 11, which includes the Denali Data Feed Fee. This only changed your Usage Time End Date, it did not incur any additional charges. You also had the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" already active for this month, so again, you did not have to pay for anything additional at this time. On April 1, 2021 you will need to have at least $31.20 in your account to renew the CME Exchange. Then prior to April 24, 2021 you will need to have $46.00 in your account to renew your Sierra Chart usage time.
