AMP user with service package 3 - Balance too low?

Hello

I have an account with amp and I have selected sierra chart with the free version (package 3).

I got the following messages today:

"Notice: 5 days of full use of Sierra Chart remaining. To continue full use the software and services, purchase more usage time by selecting 'Help >> Add Usage Credit' on the menu."

"-Notice: Your Services Balance of 0.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 26 USD. You can view the Recurring Services. To activate and deactivate services on your account, go to the Services Activation page. (Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2021-03-08).

You will need to make a payment of 26 USD.

- For users of Sierra Chart provided through a broker, there is a mandatory update required by March 12, 2021, to version 2234 or higher. To update, refer to the Fast Update instructions. Once you update, it is required on the Login window to enter your current email address."

I though sierra chart was free with amp account. Did you changed something to this policy? Is there a mistake/an error somewhere?

So yes, there has been a change where you need to pay for Sierra Chart directly to us going forward. Your account is set to renew on March 8, 2021. Therefore, you will need to have $26.00 USD in your Sierra Chart account to pay for the next month of Sierra Chart Package 3.

In the case I subscribe to the SC package 3, could you tell me if I will be able to continue using sierra chart with amp top of the book CME data feed (enough for me)?

No. If they are too expensive for you, then find another program that meets your price requirements.
