Hello I have an account with amp and I have selected sierra chart with the free version (package 3). I got the following messages today: "Notice: 5 days of full use of Sierra Chart remaining. To continue full use the software and services, purchase more usage time by selecting 'Help >> Add Usage Credit' on the menu." "-Notice: Your Services Balance of 0.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 26 USD. You can view the Recurring Services. To activate and deactivate services on your account, go to the Services Activation page. (Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2021-03-08). You will need to make a payment of 26 USD. - IMPORTANT NOTICE: Billing Change April 2021. For complete details, refer to this Support Board Post. - Sierra Chart now has a new high-quality extended/full order book EUREX data feed which is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. For the technical details of this data feed, refer to EUREX Technical Information.
