First you send me this: The new 25 USD EUREX monthly exchange fee will then be billed to your AMP account effective in March 2021 since you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is billed to your AMP account. Today there was a notice from you: Your Sierra Chart account has a trading account for the SC Order Routing service and your Sierra Chart services balance is below 5 USD. To continue to have access to the service to pay for order fills, you need to add additional credit to your account. Do it mean this, when I give credit to my account here in Sierra, YOU will establish my trading again, because in the moment it doesnt work, that you will get the money for the order fills from my account balance here and not AMP? This would not be look logical to me, because AMP is my broker, home of my trading account!?!?!? All worked fine until YOU switched to the Denali for EUREX too, I payed for your datafeed, my AMP account was connected. YOU have broked the line, so please help me, what should I do? Where have I pay what? Sincerely Thomas Naumann / Munich |

because in the moment it doesnt work, The reason for this is explained here:Questions and Answers Regarding TT (Trading Technologies) and AMP And also refer to: Notice: Transition to Direct Sierra Chart Billing For SC Accounts through Broker All worked fine until YOU switched to the Denali for EUREX too,
This is wholly unrelated.
