1. I am now using a CQG WebAPI for my order routing so there is no need for SC Order routing anymore but in the "User Control Panel/Trading Accounts" I still have a "tt_order_routing.dtc.trading" Service active. Is this correct ? 2. After the March/April 31th 2021 (Notice: March/April 31, 2021 - Changes to Billing of Sierra Chart through Brokers) is it so that my Service Package is still provided through an affiliate (AMP Trading) ie. I am still able to use a free version of the Sierra Chart and only have to pay the $20 Denali data + my selected $10 exchange fees (total $30/mo) via SierraChart account ? Thanks |

1. We have not yet removed the Sierra Chart Order Routing account connection. This is not a problem, you can just ignore it for now. We will eventually get to removing these, but there are a lot of changes happening at once. 2. We see that your account is already being paid directly to us. So your pricing is now $36.00 USD per month for Package 10 and then $10.40 for the CME with Market Depth exchange. So a total of $46.40 USD per month.
