Morning, Today I had some problems with the roll over to new contracts, SC shows me the same contract like the old one... Asking my broker AMP if this is bc of the changes SC did....(using SC+CQG)....they told me I should pay directly with SC... My question: Do I need to register new, or keep this account I got from AMP/SC? After filling out all the docs, I have to transfer the funds - can I pay for 1year (til end of year)? Denali comes with CME and EUREX, right? Serv Pack 5 = Serv Pack 11? I use TT as execution platform (still) and will use SC only for charting....for CME bundle will top of book show me the same charts (TPO/VolP,etc..) like depth of markets? (obviously, bc it´s only for the DOM) Anything else I need to know? thanks in advance cheers |

Keep this same account. It is setup to be paid directly to us, so there is no reason to change. We do not have a 1 year pre-paid arrangement, but you can do 6 months. You can change your selected Package for Renewal here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices The Denali Exchange Data Feed has data from the CME Group and EUREX. You would need to select the exchange(s) for which you want to have Real-Time Data. In order to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will need to change you Package. This is explained in the Setup Instructions. Since you are on Package 5 now, you would change to Package 11. If you do not get the Market Depth Data, then you would not have access to the Market Depth Historical Graph, but you would be able to use Numbers Bars, Volume by Price, and TPO profiles, as these all use actual trade data, and not the Market Depth. Ok filled out all the docs - regarding payment: shall I pay only for 6 months (incl all fees) or can I fund for the whole year? Another question - can I now disable my sub account at AMP (where I pay CQG and SC), or do I need to wait? |

It is really up to you as to how you want to pay for your Sierra Chart. We do NOT offer a 1 year discount, but you can do 6 months. If you do not need the Sub-Account with AMP, then go ahead and cancel it. If, for some reason that is a separate account that you trade from, then as long as it is accessible from the same CQG connection that they have setup for you, then you can select either of these accounts from within Sierra Chart and place trades for each account.
