Using Denali data with CQG Login

Good morning, I was trying to get /ES to open and give me data using your data feed and with AMP's CQG login. Overall, it seems that everything loaded up and things were good to go, but now I have the historical data put on the chart but no new data is printing. Below I have the message log it gave me after I reset the log and reconnected to the feed. I checked and I am allowing support for sierra chart data feeds in the global settings tab, and I did sign in correctly to CQG knowing it pulled up any fresh data at all. Could you look into this for me? It looks like you have a mix of symbols. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service and then see if you are having an issue with your charts.
