Problem with trading orders on Eurex delayed data

Hello ! I can trade with delayed data without any problems with the us market but since I've changed to Eurex on yesterday(FGBLH21) I can open a trade but there is no connexion with my delayed account. The message log says "position does not exist" (I can see the trade on the chart). I cannot fix this issue. The symbol is ok, the account name as well. I don't understand why it doesn't work. Thank you for your help. |

This is not very clear for us but you are using the Trading Evaluator-Delayed service? We have not specifically set up the service to support delayed EUREX data. But we can do that. We have now added support for EUREX data, on the Trading Evaluator-Delayed service. We do not see any positions in EUREX contracts for your account.
