download of historical market depth data from SC not working at the moment for both CME and Eurex symbols - nothing happens when you invoke the command (i have used it many times before and everything was working)

Could not be any sudden problem with this data. The data is always available on the servers. And is being maintained. Restart Sierra Chart. Maybe you received incorrect server address.

SC restarted - no change nothing happens when you click on the menu Download Depth Data from Date Time. I also keep reloading the chart after such download (sometimes that was required in the past because no automatic reload was getting triggered), but no luck no trace in the Message Log either all that used to work flawlessly until the beginning of this week (when coincidentally i switched to CQG symbology) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-03 18:59:06
