Hi Thanks for the reply. i understand i have to pay for usage time... For example, if i select the package STANDARD + DENALI DATA FEED for $36 / month, will i be able to trade BTC and other crypto on Binance? with live prices? or will i need to pay for something extra ? Also, you say i can get delayed data for Eurostoxx, you mean delayed data is included in the Denali data feed? What if i want real live data on Eurostoxx and ES Futures? what do i need to do ? Thanks |

For Cryptocurrencies, you do not need the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The Crypto data is included free of charge with a Sierra Chart Service Package. Refer to the following: Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services Also, as noted above, we do not have support for trading with Binance, just the data is available. Delayed data for Eurostoxx, CME Group and EUREX is available free of charge with a Sierra Chart Service Package. Refer to the following: Delayed Exchange Data Feed If you want Real-Time data, then you would need to look at the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the Eurostoxx data, and the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME Group and EUREX data. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi I am asking direct and precise questions to go straight to the point, please i don't need links to the website, i am new to Sierra and it is time consuming and confusing all this info on the website. I am about to buy a Sierra package and my question is simple: If i get the $36/month Package 10 ( Standard Sierra Chart plus Denali Exchange Data Feed (Service Package 10) ), will i get the real time live data for Eurostoxx and S&P500 futures? yes or no ? Thanks |

Also, if i get the data from my broker, do i still need the Denali data feed? in other words, can i buy the service package 5 and still get real time data from my broker? and finally, why is it not possible to trade crypto from the Sierra Chart platform? it is perfectly possible to do so from ATAS and it is free... Are you intending to include trading crypto to Sierra Chart? |

No. If you want Real-Time data for these, then you would still need to activate (and pay for) the appropriate exchanges. if i get the data from my broker, do i still need the Denali data feed?
No, you do not need the Denali Exchange Data Feed if you get your data from your broker. can i buy the service package 5 and still get real time data from my broker?
As long as your broker provides it, and we can use that data. why is it not possible to trade crypto from the Sierra Chart platform?
We do not have trading for Binance. We do offer trading through LMAX. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi Thanks again for the reply. if i still need to activate and pay for real time data, then what's the use of DENALI FEED ?? on your website it says that DENLI FEED includes real time data, so i am confused, i don't understand what it is used for if i still have to pay through my broker... then you say i don't need the denali feed if i get my data from my broker which makes it more confusing. Regarding package 5 and real time data question above, you say "As long as your broker provides it, and we can use that data", my broker is AMP FUTURES, if i pay through them the Eurex and CME will that work ? Regarding crypto, will you add trading for Binance or other exchanges like ByBit, Bitmex...?? Anf finally, will it be cheaper if i buy Sierra through AMP ? |

For the CME Group and EUREX data, you need to get them from somewhere and pay for them. We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as it is a much superior data feed that we have built and have control over, so we can ensure that it works best with Sierra Chart. In addition, it includes more historical data than is available from other sources. So the best thing is to just use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Not anytime soon, if at all. will it be cheaper if i buy Sierra through AMP ? No. It is no longer possible to get Sierra Chart through 3rd parties. You need to purchase it directly from us. Hi, i trade on AMP futures, so if i want the CME and EUREX data, instead of buying the data from AMP i can just buy the DENALI FEED? is that correct? For example if i buy the Standard Sierra Chart plus Denali Exchange Data Feed (Service Package 10) will that be enough to get the CME and EUREX data? Also, what is the difference between Service package 5 and Service package 10 apart from Denali feed? apart from Denali feed, what can i do with service package 10 that i can't do with service package 5 ? Finally, how can i buy 3 months subscription of any service package? i'd like to pay with PayPal Thank you in advance |

You can get the CME Group and EUREX data from us through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this you would need Package 10, 11 or 12 and then you would need to also pay for the exchange fees for whichever exchanges you activate. Refer to the information for the Denali Exchange Data Feed (including Setup Instructions) here: Denali Exchange Data Feed Service Packages 3 and 10 are the same apart from the Denali Data Feed Fee. Packages 5 and 11 are the same apart from the Denali Data Feed Fee. Package 12 is the same as Package 11 but also includes access to the MBO data from the CME Group and EUREX. You will find all of this information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages Where you select the Package is where you also select the time period for payment. You will find this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Denali Exchange Data Feed Hi sorry i am really confused. if i get the Denali exchange data feed, you say i still need to pay the exchange ? you mean i still need to pay for the data for CME and EUREX from the broker? For example on AMP they charge $10/month for CME group data, if i get Sierra Chart with Denali feed, do i still need to pay AMP $10/month ? Please clarify this And if i pay the broker $10 fees for CME group data, can i get Sierra Chart without the Denali feed? Waiting for your explanation please Thanks |

You will need to pay for the exchange fees to one or the other, but not both. So if you get the Denali Exchange Data Feed from us, then you would not need to get the data from your broker and vice versa.

Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages Hi OK i understand that i might need the DENALI data feed if i'm not going to buy it through my broker. I am about to purchase Sieera chart but i have one more question please Whats the difference between Package 12 and Package 11? When you say Package 12 has MBO data from the CME Group and EUREX, do you mean that with package 11 there is no DOM available? and therefore i can't see the orders coming through the market? Please explain Thanks in advance |

Please explain to me what the Denali feed is for, you told me before that i don't need to buy data if i had the Denali feed, so whats the purpose of the Denali feed? its incredible how many time i asked this question. Let me ask again, if i get the package 5 ( WITHOUT THE DENALI FEED ) and get the Eurex data from my broker AMP Futures or from Sierra chart will that work ? if so whats the purpose of Denali feed ?? |

The Denali Exchange Data Feed allows you to have Real-Time data from the CME Group and/or EUREX exchanges. It is your option whether you get this data from us (using the Denali Exchange Data Feed) or from your broker through your trading service (like CQG). We certainly recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed over any other option, but it is your choice. Therefore, if you are NOT going to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you are going to get the data from your broker, then you would need to be on Package 5. If you ARE going to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and NOT get your data from your broker, then you would need to complete the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX And/Or if you want the CME Group data, then you would follow these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* ----- If you tell us exactly what you want to do and where you want to get your data from, then we can direct you as to what exactly you need to do. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
