Hi, I need to have AMP Futures removed and would like to setup my brokerage account with Infinity Futures / Transact. I have a question first, though. I want to keep my SC software and service package setup separate from my broker--I don't mind paying extra for the service package. I want to use Denali data feed, but I'm not sure about SC Order Routing. I like that Infinity has web-based charting and DOM, and I'm concerned about my PC (running SC) crashing during a trade. If I use SC Order Routing, will my trades still be manageable, in the event of a crash, through Infinity's ATPro web-based app? (I'm not sure if my trades are related to my account or to the routing service). I know SC has a web page too for viewing / closing positions, so it's not the biggest concern. |

The first thing we want to point out is that support for Transact/Infinity within Sierra Chart is going to end sometime in the next few months. This is due to the acquisition of TransAct/Infinity by NinjaTrader, among other items. You will find more information on this here: Notice: Discontinuation of Support for Transact Trading Service in Sierra Chart If you have an interest in the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which does include Server-Side Bracket and OCO, then refer to the partial list of brokers at Step #2 in the Setup Instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Or you can look at the other services that we support here: Supported Data and Trading Services: Supported Services For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
