Hi after responding to Amp's email requesting a conversion from TT to CQG over a week ago without reply, I have contacted their support today who have informed me that you will be billing direct so therefore I now need to set this up with yourselves? Could you confirm Thx |

First, you still need AMP as your broker and they need to setup your account to use CQG. We would definitely recommend moving your account to be paid directly to us. This is the general direction we are headed, but it is not a requirement right now. Regardless of the above, the first thing is for AMP to set you up with your CQG account. There is nothing you need to do in this regard right now. Instructions will come later. For the month of March you are still paying for Sierra Chart through your brokerage account.
