Hi I pay annually for all exchange feeds. This morning my Denali feed was disconnected and needed to be activated per the Account Control Panel? However, in order to activate, I had to pay a month's subscription? Can you explain please? Thanks |

I pay annually for all exchange feeds. What do you mean by this? The Denali Exchange Data Feed is paid for month by month. You do have to pay for this data feed and it is 20 USD per month plus the exchange fees in your case.The Denali Data Feed is now active on your account. Thanks for that. I am an annual subscription and my control panel states that I am paid to September 2021. I have not been billed for Denali separately (i.e outside of the annual sub) until today, when it was deactivated? The Denali feed is active as I activated it this a, after it was deactivated? Hope this helps and might confirm the position for me. Many thanks |

Up until recently the Denali Exchange Data Feed has always been separate from a Sierra Chart Service Package and has been paid for month-to-month. This is all we can say. Anyway it is active now and you are all set. There is nothing more you need to do. This is definitely not true: . I have not been billed for Denali separately
While recently we do have new service packages which include the Denali data feed, those are month-to-month packages, And you have not used them.
