Urgently Need to change Package for MBO

Hi, Previously I was on Package 5 and had Eurex exchange service activated, Last month when the new data feeds with MBO were released, all I did was activated Denali Data feed and started receiving MBO and extended Market Depth levels. However as I was on Automatic renewal, this month my package went from 5 to 11 and I am not receiving MBO. Could you please advise or update my package for this month so I get to see MBO info. Thanks

We have identified the problem. Just give us about another 15 minutes or so to get the market by order data working again for EUREX.
