This morning when I try to log into Sierra Charts I get the following message: You need to update/change the email address field on the login window to your own email address. I don't know where to go to do this. I've tried logging in in "Safe Mode" and "Force Login" but I keep getting the message. |

The email address box is right on the Login window. Just enter it there. It is on the right side of the login window. If you do not see it let us know. But it is titled "Email address". In order to update your email you would do this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo The reason for that message is simply that we are cleaning up our database and there are many users that have a generic email address, which makes it impossible for them to reset their password, or for us to contact if necessary. Therefore, we are asking for everyone to update to a proper email address. It looks like you have already updated your email, so if you get the message again, you can ignore it. Thanks, I just tried logging in again and I still get the message. If I click "ok" the message goes away but the login still doesn't go forward.
