First of all... why some queries of mine dissapear from the history of queries? Not the first time this has happened. Yesterday I posted a query on APPL price data, no reply, and today query not there. Here it goes again. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1614303262919.png I got an APPL chart streaming data in real time, but I got only Denali data feed. Where is this data being sourced from? |

Since you are connected to Interactive Brokers and you are not signed up to get the data from us, it must be coming from Interactive Brokers.

I am not subscribed to IB data, only with Denali. Just to be clear though, SC can build real time charts pulling data from IB just by connecting to that trading service? I thought it was only possible to go from SC to IB to place orders, not to stream data into SC from IB. Please clarify |

If you are signed up to receive data from Interactive Brokers, then you will get that data into Sierra Chart. We support both the data and the trading service with Interactive Brokers. The selection of getting IB data is not one that is made on the Sierra Chart website, it is something you work out with IB. In this case, since you are getting the real-time data, you must be setup to receive data from IB, and we are bringing that into Sierra Chart for you.
