Hi, I am getting below error and cannot place any orders. "SC Futures Order Routing/Data order update (Order reject). Info: TT order update (Rejected). Text: Account ** not found. Text: Parent order. Tag: SimpleBracket.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 15788. Service Order ID: 4627039. Symbol: MESH21_FUT_CME. AMP has stopped support for placing orders through TT (Sierra Chart Order Routing Service). Refer to the following information: Questions and Answers Regarding TT (Trading Technologies) and AMP You will need to talk to AMP about how they are switching customers to CQG. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Ok will we still need SC Futures order routing service? And any direct connection to CME for Sierra?

For right now, the only option when using AMP for your broker is to use the CQG order routing. Therefore, you will not be using the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. We are still working on our direct connection to the CME. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
