Hello,
I'm currently using the denali data feed with CQG order routing for EUREX trading (my Broker is AMP Futures). Connection works fine, but I cannot place any orders and the message log advises me to contact customer support:

Trade Order Error - CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Text: Order request rejected. Please contact customer support.[Order parameters are invalid]. Internal Order ID: 5652. Service Order ID: 481062896. Symbol: F.US.FDXMH21. Account: 1177742 | 2021-02-22 20:46:06.149 *

You need to ask AMP about that message.

I don't know, I guess they had not connected the accounts properly before.

I had exactly this issue. Account was set up for CME but not Eurex.
On contacting Trading Desk at AMP Eurex approval was immediately assigned to my account.
It would be useful to mention the need to do this in Sierra documentation.

hi guys i got the same issue, so the message I got from trade desk costumer service was: "I will need to reset the trading routes for your account as this happens to some new accounts on first time usage . please log out and log back in and try placing your trades then , issue should be fixed then"

I received a similar message today (using Denali feed with CQG order entry): Trade Order Error- CQG order update. Status: REJECTED. Test: The order type is not allowed for the commodity.
This was a simple bracket order that when placed would show the entry but not the stop or target. The trade was still live, just no stop or target in place. It happened yesterday once, but was OK the second time. Today it happened five times as I experimented with trying to resolve it. I also tried a limit order that I moved into place after entering it with the same result.
Obviously, I can't continue until this is resolved because I won't trade without stops.
I also tried it in SIM mode and everything worked fine there.
On my target I have it set as a Market If Touched. Could that be the issue?

Yes you cannot use a Market if Touched order. Needs to be a Limit order.
